I received an email telling me to purchase tickets to Mickey's Halloween Treat. As an AP, I noticed I'm not blacked out on those dates. So why is it that you still have to buy tickets? Do they kick everyone out (who were in the park during the day) before the event? What is it like and is it worth it?

Yes, this is a "hard ticket" event which occurs after the park has closed to the general public for the day.

Mickey's Halloween Treat is at night, and they kick everyone out of DCA unless you have a ticket. They sell out pretty fast, so you should buy the as soon as you know if you're going. It's still crowded at DCA, but it's fun to go trick-or-treating at DCA for the little kids. Also, there are crafts, they have characters dressed in their Halloween costumes, music playing, special decorations, and short lines or no lines at all at almost every ride. TOT was a walk-on! Many people dress up for this event too. Oh, and last year the Paradise Pier Boardwalk games were free, but you only won candy. It's fun the first time, or if you have kids. Hope this helps :thumbsup2

When is it and how do you buy tickets?

I noticed on disneyland.com that our last planned day there is the first day of Halloween Time...but maybe Halloween Treat isn't quite ALL the days of that?

Aha, just found out my own answer (isn't it interesting how the disney website itself has info FAR after other sites do? or they hide it?)

2007 Dates!

October 4, 5, 11, 12 17, 19, 25, 26, 29, 30, 31

Does anyone have the phone number to call for bookings for this? I couldn't find it anywhere on the Disneyland website. Thanks.

If you are an Ap, I suggest you buy your tickets before next Wed. They go on sale to the public on Aug 1st, and in the past thwey sell out rather quickly! Its a great time, my kids LOVE Disneyland Halloween...

And you save $15 if you are an AP holder and buy them early. Otherwise, they are $39 as of the 1st.

We have APs with weekends blacked out. Can I but I Halloween ticket for the weekend or do I still have to pay the park gate fee? I am thinking it would be fun to do the day we arrive for our short trip in October.

Also keep in mind that if you are a Disney Visa cardholder, you also get the discount and can buy them as early as the APs.

Hi, All. I've never been to the DL version of the MNSSHP, and from what was mentioned in this thread, I'm unsure if this is a hard ticket event for DCA only or for Both DCA and DL? I know that the event is more elaborite this year, but does anyone know for sure? It would definitely affect when or whether we purchase tix for our upcoming trip...
