Mickeys Halloween Party..tell me about it....

I have always wanted to attend the MNSSHP.....but were never able to swing getting down for this.....but, going on 10/5 to 10/7...two nights.....going to the party on 10/5...could you please give me the details about it.....do adults dress in costumes? Is there anyplace to rent them? Are the attractions open? What are the hours?

MK will be open separately from 7 pm to about midnight. Most (but certainly not all) kids are in costume, some parents too but really not that many. No place to rent them (costumes I mean, not parents!) that I know about. Trick or treating stations, plenty of characters in costumes, lowered lights (but as advertised, not really scary) and general Halloween atmosphere. Plus, a special Halloween Spectro (2x I think) and fireworks.

The best part is that most of the rides are open, and the park volume tends to be lighter than normal (not sure if this is true for Oct. 31st though), so no really long waits for any of the rides.

We're going on the 3rd, our second time.

We have done this twice and my dh and I dressed up each time...it was a blast.
