Mickey's Halloween Party 2012 -- Check In

Put us down for Monday the 15th! Any idea why it is Monday rather than Tuesday that week?

Chances are there is a private event booked on Tuesday night, so the HP date had to be adjusted that week.

Just purchased our tickets for the 02 october... our last night at the Park. Should be a great way to end our vacation!

I don't think we'll wear costumes unless it's a simple t-shirt of some kind. DD8 will either be a Snow Princess or a Punk Princess depending on which tutu I finish first

That's our last park night and our party night too! I agree that it should be an AWESOME way to end a trip!

There are two nights I could go to the HP, either Oct 2 or Oct 5th.

My mom suggested going on the 2nd because I could then eat some of the candy instead of bringing alot home.

But Oct 5th is my last night in the parks so if DL closes at 5-6pm then maybe I should go on the 5th...

Any suggestions?

I would prefer to go on Tuesday vs. Friday. Even though there will be crowds both days, I think Friday could bring more locals in and therefore, more people.

If I had both to choose from I would pick the 2nd as the 5th is the beginning of Gay Days @ Disneyland. We have been there before just visiting DL during that time and it is a pretty big event with A LOT of people. Even though it looks like that night they are having a bash @ Brennan's in DTD. Also, remember that you can go over to DCA that night, too. Later!

This will be our first Halloween party - party of 14 on Friday oct 19. We are excited and it's looking like we will be mixed bag of clowns and pirates. Can't wait!

If anyone is looking at t-shirts for a simple costume, cafepress dot com is having a sale on all t-shirts. I just did a search with just "halloween" in the t-shirt section and found a big selection. I think the 3 of us will just do 3 different designs of pumpkins. Easy!

Our family will be at the October 9th party! There are 5 of us. Still not sure what we will do for costumes! But so excited to go during that time. I will be our first during Halloween time!

Girls only vacation! This will be my first Halloween Time party. My friend (whom is turning 55 on that day), myself and her adult daughter are going. They have been to the Halloween Party several times. We are going on 10/12..looks like we are dressing up as Cinderella, Anastasia and Griselda...so very excited.

Our family was just there for the 4th of July, and before we got back, they invited me..... doing the happy dance

I wish I could go to the party on October 9th...that's my birthday. We ended up booking our trip around the Hojo Retro rate (RIP), and all that was available was later on in October.

My family and I will be attending our First MHP on Friday, October 12th!
Now we just have to figure out costumes that won't take up too much room in a suitcase (as we fly)....

Looks like we're going too Totally shocked that my hubby suggested it since we're a bit tight on funds. Apparently he's gonna work some OT to make this happer Our party date is October 12. So far the costumes are a goddess and Esmerelda.
