Mickey's Gourmet Cookbook?

Does anyone know if the cookbook is still available?
Or perhaps a newer version?

As far as I know it is not still in print, but there are a lot of used copies on Amazon for sale.

at the gourmet store next to Earl of Sandwich in DTD.....I remember seeing a cook book next to their kitchen utensils.......I have two Mickey cookbooks and I think the more recent recipes here on the dis (recipe board) are better then what I have in the book.
