Can anyone tell me when the tickets go on sale for this event it is something we definately want to do when we're over there at chrimbo, i read that you can get tickets at the gate on the night, but i like to be prepared and have all my tickets before i go

I'm with Michelle here - we went last year and I think we bought our tickets in May.

Keep your eye out on the DISNEY site for the announcment. We bought ours last May and I called DISNEY in the US to do it as I was starting to panic as to whether we would be able to get them when we got there. As it happens the Fridays were selling out first but you were able to get the tickets at the gate (before the Mono RAIL).

The other advantage of buying before the date is that you pay less! You can collect your tickets from the will call window, or pay to have them shipped to you in the UK. We went last year & May seems familiar, but I could be confusing that with MNSSHP which also come out around that time. Have a really great time!
