Is it worth it? It's so hard to get into any of the character dining that has Mickey-thinking maybe we'll try this? My younger daughter LOVES Mickey, and I'd hate to not do any dining with him!

NOTE: Tables are long picnic tables of about 40 people
per table, so you sit with other families. No reserved seating,
so the "mad dash" for seats can be interesting. There is no
"front row", just the end of the picnic tables. Folks start lining up
about 1-hr prior to the 5:30pm seating. Also, characters are there
for dancing and front interaction, and do not go thru tables, so
sometimes there is a long line trying to get to the charcters. It
should also be noted that the sides are open to the weather. They
can put up some plastic wind diverters, but it does get cold.

Mickey, Minnie and friends attend.

There is not really much interaction with the characters except for dancing. Then you have to deal with about 1,000 kids (okay I am exaggerating a bit) crowding the characters. They do walk between the tables but don't stop for pictures, authgraphs, etc.

We tried it once and will not go back.

How about the Garden Grill? Our favorite spot to see Mickey.
