This might be a silly question, but we are staying at OKW, we will not have a rental car. Can you take a bus to the campground for this, or do you need to drive yourself?

echoing previous poster, the best way is take your resort bus to MK and walk over to the water taxis to WL and FW and ride them. when you are done there will be busses to take you back to your resort (this last part is assuming they do that the same way they do after the HDDR)

The easiest way, is to get to MK and take the boat to FW(it stops at WL first in the afternoon/evening). When you get to FW it is just a short walk from the dock to the BBQ.
Since Disney does not offer resort to resort transportation you will always need to transfer at a park or DTD to get from one resort to another(monorail and Epcot resorts served by the boats excluded)
