Mickey's Backyard BBQ; Does it worth the 2 TS credits?

We are going to WDW in September and were wondering if we should use 2 TS credits for Mickey's Backyard BBQ. How is the food/atmosphere/show? Will it be fun for my DD8 and DD6?

I've never been so I can't attest to the funness of it but I can tell you the few things I've read about it.
1) It is SO hot in September, a lot of people prefer the HDDR because it's indoors. I'm definately going to do Mickey's BBQ but when the weather is cooler.
2) I have been told it is more of a glorified character meal than a show.
3) As for the TS credits, I can say that doing the math it is not worth using 2 TS credits each for this one event (unless you just have tons left over). Mainly because the ticket price per adult is $39.01 according to Allears. The DDP is $38/adult/ day so you're essentially wasting a whole days' worth of credits here. I am going to pay out of pocket.
Even if you're on free dining, your TS credits could be used better almost anywhere else other than a dinner show or 2 TS package deal like Fantasmic.
Hope this helps. Like I said, I'm still going to take my girls that age one day soon and just pay out of pocket and use my precious TS credits elsewhere.
