Mickey's Backyard Barbeque....questions?

Does anyone have any information about this? Just wondering what type of food, does it run at certain times of the year, can you use the dining plan for this, and has anyone been there and what do they think of it? Is it worth going to? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

It's seasonal....the food is as it says BBQ....but buffet style....chicken, ribs, and hotdogs, mac n' cheese, salads, watermelon, cakes...beer and wine, softdrinks....lively and lots of character interaction....I would do it again!

It has been several years since i went to the BBQ and unless it has changed , i would NOT go back. The food was swimming in grease and "lively character interaction " was a bit of an understatement. There were no lines or any order to seeing and dancing with the characters. I was afraid my neice was going to get trampled. I was very dissapointed and underwhelmed by the food and the organization
