are the water mice single person boats or can Dad drive and 6 yr old sits with him?

Dad and a 6 year old will do fine! They are two seaters..but in our experience they are quicker when the second person is a small child. Have fun!

The weight limit is 325 pounds for the 2 people. My grown daughter and I exceeded it but they didn't say anything. We just went a lot slower. Let's just say we didn't plane out.

I weigh about 240 and my grown daughter is no lightweight either but in an hour we were able to travel all around the entire lake on both sides and back and forth with no problem. If you were smaller than us, then you would make very good time on the open water areas, although you must go slow through the canal past the Contemporary. They are definitely fun and a great way to see the lake and all around it. There is also a AAA discount on these too! Have to ask though, it's not mentioned anywhere.

Sea Raycers -- small craft that can speed up to 22 mph. Minimum age is 12, height requirement is 5 feet. Combined maximum weight limit for all passengers is 320 pounds. All drivers under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign a release. Drivers 18 years of age must provide ID with birth date. $24 per 1/2 hour.
