I am SO glad you posted this.

After receiving wake-up calls for each of my 15 previous trips,I had the same experience you had during my December 10-15 stay at All-Star Sports.
I just thought it was something wrong with my phone.I never did take the time to check on it and really missed the calls.
At least I know now it is property-wide.I am going to email Guest services for an official explanation.
