We are planning to have a character breakfast for a our last "HOORAH" before we head home. I am looking for one that is not in the park and has the famous MICKEY WAFFLES! I have a picky 3 yr. old that doesn't eat well and I know she eats waffles. Which characters she sees (she likes them all) isn't as important as what there is to eat. ;) Thanks for any help you might have!!

Are you staying on-site. We have had them from room service at the resorts.

I have seen posts that people had them at Chef Mickeys at the CR. I think they have them at just about every character breakfast. I have not heard if they have them at the princess breakfast.

Our kids love them. I am tempted to buy the waffle maker and make them at home.

I CRAVE them too....everyone talks about Tonga Toast...and other "fancy" stuff, which is very good, however... my big Disney Secret is The Mickey French toast..which they do have at the charc. breakfasts, CM/1900 and Cape May, and I think they might have them at 'Ohana's too. I think I had to ask for them though.

We've had Mickey Waffles at 'Ohana's and Chef Mickey's.

We usually do a character breakfast too on our last day before we depart. It is a fun way to end the vacation.

Hi there...

I am pretty sure (maybe someone can confirm this) that there were mickey waffles at Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge)

If you tried here for breakfast your little girl could also see the giraffes

>>^..^<<

They have Mickey waffles at the breakfast buffet at Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. Admiral Goofy is in charge, with help from Minnie and Chip and Dale.

Thanks for all the suggestions. CoolDisneyCat, how close is Beach Club to Wilderness Lodge? I'm trying to pick a good PS time...you know, one that gives us enough time to sleep in a little, eat and to get back before we have to check out. ;)

Just to let you know, they have pine cone waffles at WL. We ordered them from room service. They were about the same size as the Mickey waffles with the same flavor.

Kids seem to enjoy them.

The Beach Club is on the back side of Epcot, sort of behind the World Showcase. If you have a car, driving is the best way to get there and the quickest by far. They will give you a map at the WL when you check in.

If you are using Disney transportation, there are several ways. I am not sure the easiest. You could go to the MK and then take the bus to the BC. Maybe someone who has stayed at the WL would have a better idea.

Sorry I can't be of more help.:D

I've seen Mickey waffles at Port Orleans French Quarter and at the All Star Psorts when we were there last summer.

I just have to say that last month at Cape May Breakfast the Mickey Waffles were the best ever crispy outside & moist inside-perfect!!

Kae

Great! I think that is where we have decided to go. Can you tell me how much it was and which characters you saw. In my original post I said that my 3yr. old didn't care but now my 11 yr old has gotten excited about this.:p
