Ok, I have a small question, where can you find Mickey Waffles on property? Are they only at the buffet breakfasts? We are staying at Beach Club Villas if that helps at all...

TIA:thumbsup2

Charity

Not sure if all the hotels have them but I did enjoy them at the POR food court last week.

No they aren't ONLY at the buffet breakfasts...I know Ohana serves them also, and not sure about other places. The food courts at most resorts serve them for breakfast also, if you're staying onsite. If you'd like, go to Allearsnet.com and look up the menus. Click on dining at the top of the page and from there, look on your left. You can choose menus from each park and all of the resorts. I refer to these menus all the time! Believe me...Mickey waffles are all around you!

Yeah I checked out the menus, I was hoping to see them in MArketplace, but nope.. Isn't Ohana's a buffet? We're trying to get away from a sit down restaurant. Although I did have the prices wrong when i told my husband what Chef Mickey's cost so he may be cool with still doing that. (We have a Chef Mickey's ADR, but we had to replace a piece of a roof due to a storm so we don't have as much money for our trip so I was trying to figure out what to drop, my kid's want Mickey Waffles though lol)

Yes, i know Chef Mickey's is a sit down but we figured we wouldn't being going there so were looking for a counter service option or something lol

I think I'm going to try and talk him into keeping Chef Mickey's and just giving up Sci-fi for lunch one day

Just to let you know, there are Mickey waffle makers you can buy at WDW now!

Ohana isn't a buffet. It is a TS restaurant, but food is served family style(all you can eat). You get great pineapple bread, POG juice, Mickey waffles, potatoes, eggs, fresh fruit, bacon, etc. Very good.

The only CS places I can think of that would serve Mickey waffles would be the food courts at the resorts. Even if you aren't staying onsite, you could visit a value or moderate resort and have your breakfast there. Also, I haven't looked at the menu lately, but they also may serve them at Trail's End Buffeteria at Ft. Wilderness. It's about the cheapest buffet on property and if you aren't onsite guesats, you can take the boat from the MK. But, I really can't remember whether or not they serve them there. At any rate, have a great time!

ETA: I'm now going to assume from your siggie that you are a DVC member?? Even at that, just take a bus from a park in the am to one of the resorts. POP and many of the mods have nice food courts that serve the waffles. It actually would save you tons of money, though you'd miss the character interaction(which may not matter).

Okay if you want a really good Mickey Waffle that honestly it put the buffets to shame. Go to Grand Floridian Cafe. The waffle is as big as the plate and comes with cinnamon sugar and sprinkles. Oh god it was to die for. I would post a picture if I had it but I don't.

We stayed at POP and they had them at the food court. I believe it was a kid's breakfast (Mickey waffle, bacon, and applesauce). If I recall one of our friends also got this same breakfast at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot one morning. So yummy!

Oh, I was wondering - allearsnet only says waffles, not Mickey waffles, but I know that POFQ has them. I should know - I had one for breakfast every day when I went last year. ;)

Closest Food Court to BC would be the one at Carribbean Beach Resort.

There is a kids portion and an adults.

Really nice.... We went over there twice last May because my nephew really loved those mickey waffles and our chef mickey day wasn't planned until the last day.

Do you have a car or would you need to take Disney transit?

When we stayed at the Polynesian in July, Captain Cook's had them. DS 10 ate them every morning. DS 13 tried them and said they were excellent, almost as good as Tonga Toast! :scared:

We stayed at the Beach Club this past May. Mickey Waffles were available at Cape May Cafe and when we ordered room service!

food court at allstars has them every morning..im sure all the resorts have them..
