Mickey waffles QS/snack available anywhere?

We are on last day @ parks, tomorrow outside parks (disney springs/resorts until evening flight)... I'd like to try mickey waffles... are they available for QS or snack credit outside the parks anywhere?

You can get them as a QS meal at just about any resort QS. I don't think DS has them anywhere.
