Is the special event worth the extra money?

We will be doing MVMCP again because my kids have never been there for it. However, I had more fun at MNSSHP with and without kids.

After skipping MVMCP and then going to MNSSHP I can say that I regretted not going to the MVMCP. I say it is worth it.
