Mickey toaster HELP!!

My toaster I got for Cmas stopped singing Life just isn't the same!

I called Sears where my dh bought it and apparently they aren't selling them anymore and can't reorder me another to replace it. Does anyone have the manual that comes with it with a customer service number or a website for the company that makes them??

helpppppppp I need my Mickey mouse march with my toast!!

Called both the US number and the one that's 'Canada'. Was told they aren't in Oakville anymore and basically I can take it somewhere to get it fixed but other then that I'm out of luck!! If I had a US address they'd ship me a new one but b/c I'm 'international' they can't help me!!

Sigh. Perhaps I'll try Sears again and see if I just got a person that didn't want to do the returns!

Take it back to Sears and return it. Then go to another store and order one, I have seen them at Home Outfitters. Good Luck.

OK now I'm so flippin angry with Sears.... the original woman told me the item was no longer available yesterday (and sent me around the world to find out how to fix it!) but today the woman told me it was when I went to order it. AND when I checked online last night it was available.... me thinks I got some twit that didn't want to do an exchange!!

This is the 2nd time I've had problems with Sears and returning something to the catalogue store. At Christmas when I got 2 mickey toasters and called to exchange one for the Mickey waffler I was told I couldn't do that by some young kid and I blasted him and spoke to his manager!!

Well I'm glad it sounds as though things are starting to work out for you. Too bad every company was not as accomodating Disney. How well does the waffle iron work? Do you just use pancake mix?

I've only used the waffle recipe from the book that comes with it but they come out great! Kids (and I) love em!

If you paid for the toaster with a credit card that offers extended warranty protection, maybe you can see if they'll let you buy a new one since your's is broken.

Sorry about the bad service at Sears That really sucks.
