Mickey tattoo

I still haven't done my trip report but I forgot to mention my favorite souvenir, I got a Mickey tattoo, on the back of my shoulder. Dh got one too, on his lower calf (Sorcerer Mickey). I know lots of ppl don't like tattoos but I always have and got one in my crazy university days and then my DH and I got matching Celtic nuptual rings on our lower backs for our 10th anniversary and then on our trip of a lifetime we each got Mickey tattoos

Very cool where did you get them done? The only problem I would have getting one done while at Diney is the no swimming for 2 weeks as teh chlorine discolours it as teh wound is still fresh. I just recently got a Mickey CDN flag on my left calf.

I got mine on Saturday, 2 days before we were leaving and since it was on the top of my back (behind shoulder)I could still dip my lower body into the pool. We got them done at "Scratch the Surface" and I didn't find it too bad, pain wise, it felt more hot,burning than anything else, the tattoo artist was great, 12 yrs experience & it only took about 30 minutes. I really love it! Friends & family were shocked that we did that but all liked them (even my parents who are 78 and 74 yrs old)

I thought I was the only nut that did those kinds of things!
I got Mickey on my lower back to commemorate our 10th anniversary trip. Its just the simple three solid black circles but hey-I have my own hidden Mickey!

I now mine has been posted before but here it is again. It looks so much better now that it is all healed up this pic was taken about 2 minutes after it was completed and it is covered in vasaline.

I really like that tattoo, but I would get it on my shoulder if I do. I have been toying with the idea of getting one but still am sitting on the fence. After getting a tattoo no swimming for two weeks? is that the same for all tattoos or are there different time limits?

It is the same for all no chlorine layden water like pools hot tubs etc. Showers are fine but no swimming or waterparks etc.
