Mickey shaking hands with firefighter

We are leaving for our trip at the end of the week. My husband stained his shirt from last year and it looks pretty gross.

Would a disigner be willing to make me a black Mickey Head with the image of Mickey shaking hands with a firefighter in the center and the name Jason in the ear.

I've searched the photobucket accounts and cannot seem to find it.
