Mickey rhinestone transfer...

I've been thinking about getting Mickey rhinestone transfer (I guess from Etsy) to make myself a cute shirt to wear to Disney. I've done regular iron-ons before, but never the kind with rhinestones. Are they fairly easy to do? I'm not excatly "Martha Stewart." Do the rhinestones stay on in the wash? I'm not going to get the swarovski crystal kind....just a cheaper version.

I got a couple from Etsy before my last trip. They were very easy to iron on. Its very easy to iron on.
