Mickey party help needed

I am planning dd's 7th birthday party. She will turn 7 while at WDW but we will have a small party at our house before we go. I bought Mickey cake pans so that is all set but so far that is all I've got. We would like to make Mickey ears, thinking foam attached to headbands but beyond that I'm stuck. Looking for other fun craft/activities as well as Invitation help. I typed up a simple invite using Waltograph with a pic of Mickey but I know you creative Dis'ers can do so much more! Please share your ideas with me.

I'd love to make a tie dyed Mickey shirt for all the kids but am not sure I could do it!

Thanks in advabce for letting me pick your creative brains.

P.S. I am also trying to do this as inexpensive as possible since we will be leaving for our big trip 1 week later and our money is going towards that!

Disney families has all sorts of Birthday ideas on their website. We did several for our dd Alice in Wonderland party.

Oh also you want to scroll down to the creative DISigns thread on this board. They are amazing! They do invites, treat tags and designs that you can print at home on iron on paper and then iron it onto a shirt for your trip.

I have used Shadowryter before and she is awesome!
