Mickey pancakes!

Anyone ever make Mickey pancakes? I remember my mom making them when I was little. So easy and fun! I just made a batch (since this time next week we'll be there-yay!) and got a "wow mom you're the best"

I bought one of the 60 cent Mickey head cookie cutters from Amazon a while back. I make Mickey head biscuits for DD. I probably should make her some Mickey pancakes too.

Mine are just free form but a cookie cutter would be great. Oh the things you could do with that, sandwiches, cheese slices, watermelon, so fun!

I have a nice Wilton cookie cutter I use for sandwiches all the time. My son requests, "No crust, no crust" which means JUST the part the cookie cutter cut out. Otherwise I give him 1/2 the 'scraps' so he can he a bit of the nutrition from the crust!
