Mickey Mousse & Dippin' Dots?

Okay - In search of 2 food items for our next trip per DD's request -

Where in the World - besides at Chef Mickey's- might we find those tiny little chocolate mousses with the ears?

And - Dippin'Dots??? At Typhoon Lagoon?
