Mickey Moms Club Illuminations Party Invite

Anyone else receive the invitation and attending the Mickey Moms Club Illuminations Party on Sunday August 22nd?

I got it today and signed up already, can't wait. We missed the last one they had! WOoHOo

We are also celebrating our 25th Anniversary and this special "extra" is great!

I received the invitation as well! It looks like so much fun! Unfortunately I had to switch my dates...I was originally going to be there that day! I hope someone posts a report on it!

I'll be there! I made the cutoff for being a cast member and not allowed in by 8 days... whew!

I'm excited to meet you all there! Will they send out a notice letting us know where the party is? Or is it going to be in the Odyssey building, we think?

I got the invite today too! I would love to go...but it will be hard to make happen. I'll be vacationing in Michigan until the 21st...and our first full week of school is the 23rd. Still...not impossible so I haven't ruled it out yet. I'm trying to come up with a way to make this happen. I bet it fills up fast. We're allowed to bring up to 5 friends with us.

Seems like a grand way to celebrate my birthday!!

i got one too! unfortunately i just returned from a 2-week wdw/cruise trip. i would have been able to go on 7/22 but not 8/22!

Were going . We check in 8/22 ADR at liberty tree tavern at 5pm. Confirmed RSVP and can't wait . What a special treat .

I got an invite today too. And guess what! It's our last night at WDW. SO FUN! I need to go and find out more about it now, but I know it can't be BAD.

I got mine and unfortunately, I can't go I wish it was in November when I'll be down in Florida for two weeks (during Jersey Week and for Thanksgiving week).

I got one last night and RSVP'd yes for DD12 and I and 2 friends. DD and I will probably go down for the weekend; I wish they would have it on a Saturday, DD has school on Monday and I have to work.

It's a nice little party they feed you desserts and then you get to watch Illuminations inbetween the Twin gift shops and they give a free gift as you're leaving. At least that's how they did it last year.

Since you went last year maybe you can help? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth extending our trip for this? Is it a sea of people (a large event), or is it small enough to consider it "special"?

It looks like it's sold out, so if you haven't already RSVP'ed, then there's no need to extend your vacation for it.. which is a good thing and a bad thing, I guess?
