Mickey & Minnie meet @ DHS

I know it's not on the published list of EMH attractions, but Touring Plans keeps trying to put this during AM EMH for me. Is "Red Carpet Dreams" ever open during EMH, or even open earlier than published park open? I have never met Sorcerer Mickey and I NEED TO.

It was not on the list so we didn't expect it to be open, but it was during our EMH visit this spring break. We popped in after the two new Toy Story rides. It was very quick because not many people realized it was open. I don't know how often this is the case.
