Great safari pictures Scott! From the looks of things, the animals were out in full force even if some were laying down on the job.

We've seen the Nemo show a couple of times and I just can't get into it for some reason. John fell asleep the last time....as if that's a surprise since he can fall asleep anywhere.

After seeing a cute musical we walked over to Dino-rama.


I think Vinny wanted to do this but I was not in the mood.


I have never eaten here.


Then we left Dino-rama and went here.

They really wanted what was in there.


It was now lunch time. It was 1pm and we were hungry. Our dining choice was.


I think this place is cute.


Here is what we had.

Scott:
Caesar Salad - with Chicken $8.69


Vinny:
Hot Italian-Style Sandwich - served with Carrot Sticks or Chips $9.49

Total was $21.91

Both were good and I love the place but love Flame Tree more. Looking around the restaurant.










After lunch we decided to leave and go swimming. Let’s head out.

On the way we saw a PPP so we got photos taken.




We were so surprised by our gift.




On the bus.




Then we were back at the resort. We swam and I also ran up to the main building to get a chocolate milk and Minnie bake shop white chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies.
Total = $14.24

And that ended our afternoon.

We've never seen the Nemo show. It looks cute, and is on my list for next time. Lunch looked good, but some of those animals on the walls were a little freaky looking. Especially the zebra...

Great Safari Pics, so awesome that you got good shots of the lions. The Male had his head up but he still looked like he was sleeping, LOL. We have a 9:15-10:15am FP+ for the Safari on our upcoming trip, that should be good, I've never been on the safari that early, I am hoping to get some good pics for once.

I think the pics at Nemo were good too, I like that show, it is cute

The woman in the row behind you on EE makes it look like the ride isn't even moving...My face is more like the gal next to you

I've never done Nemo, too worried the kids won't last the duration of the show I have done the Dino area. We always wimp out from the heat and go swimming. There is so much DH and I want to do and see at AK this trip. Thank you for the pics!!!

We had the SPICY DURBAN CHICKEN and SHRIMP. She also brought it out to us on 2 different plates. The waitress here was great.

This is my favorite restaurant in WDW. The spicy food is REALLY spicy but oh so good.
The total = $75.27 with TIW discount.

After dinner we decided to go see Jambo House for the decorations.

Then our night was over. I have no idea what my walking was as I cannot find that.

Great nemo shots. We saw it for the first time this year!

AKL is one of my favorite resorts so far. It's so pretty and peaceful there.
I want to do a longer stay there in the future.

You got terrific photos on the Safari, and lucky you seeing the lion awake (we never saw him at all in June).

I'm with you...LOVE Flame Tree (Pizzafari is okay in a pinch...I just don't like Florida pizza in general).

Beautiful photos of Finding Nemo (we plan to do both shows in September).

I was thinking of Saana for dinner, but Mark does NOT do spicy foods so that is out now after your description.

AKL/Jambo was one of my favorite resorts decorated at Christmas.
