If i'm booking as a package through a website such as Complete Orlando but am booking to stay at a disney resort, would I receive the regular Mickey Mail and would I be eligible for ME?

Sorry if this is a stupid question :confused3

You are still eligible for DME since you are staying at a Disney resort, but your TA will have to put that on your reservation. Disney will not be able to help you or change anything as it was booked through a third party.

As far as mail, I believe you will still receive email confirmations and regular mail from Disney with your package booklet, but it would depend on the address and email the travel agent put in for your reservation. If they put theirs in, they would get everything and send it to you.

My AAA agent said my Mickey Mail for the trips I book through her will come to her and then she'll forward it to me. I don't know if this applies to all travel agents or if that's just the way AAA does things, though.

You can absolutely use DME as long as you stay at a Disney resort.

Disney only sends Mickey Mail to addresses in the US and Canada. It doesn't matter whether your reservations were made by a TA or not. If you are coming from the UK, I believe you get your vacation package info when you check into your resort.

As a PP noted, DME will need to be arranged by your TA.
