Mickey Head with tiara?

A while back I saw some disigns with a Mickey head and a tiara and I wished I had a girl trip so I could have one. Well now my DD & I are taking a trip and I am trying to find the disigner. Can anyone point me to the right person? Thanks for your help. You are all so talented.
