Mickey Head Luggage

Well, I decided I could use a new carry on bag for my trip next week so I made a trip to Marshall's tonight. I saw the cutest luggage. It was made by Heys and it was blue with dark blue/light blue/beige mickey heads all over it.

I'm wondering if I should go back and get the 21" size. The only problem, at least to me, was that it was hardsided luggage and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to fit much in it. It was $59.99 for the 21" and (I think) $69.99 for the 24/25" size. Not sure the size or price of the next larger size, but they did have three sizes.

I have a hard-sided 29" Hey's spinner case and I love it. I can fit a ton of stuff in it, I used it for WDW last year and only needed it and duffel for our two week stay (and I am the total opposite of a light packer). I was also skeptical about going with a hard-sided piece of luggage at first, but really it worked out well for me. I loved that everything stayed organized inside (no shifting) because I packed tightly and also liked that there wasn't anything bulging out of the luggage like there tends to be with soft-sided luggage that has outside pockets.

My piece of Heys luggage is really lightweight, which is also another plus. Also, it's easily cleaned on the outside with a magic eraser and a damp cloth (if it gets scuffed up).

I say if you need new luggage, go for it, it sounds like a really cute piece!

I must really like that suitcase because I dreamt about it last night. LOL. Maybe I will go back and get it. If nothing else it would work for my DD to use.

I saw the Mickey one and a smaller Minnie one at the Marshall's I go to just before Christmas. It took everything in me to resist because it is so adorable. I really couldn't afford it and so do not need another suitcase but I LOVED it. May go today and see if any are left maybe buy for a family gift. hehe

After looking at the link you have to get it, it's so cute! I noticed Marshall's here had the embossed faces (silver) suitcase and it was really nice, I thought that one was very gender neutral and great for anyone I have to say though, I love the Mickey Signature one.

To the OP, it's good you're interested in the Disney carry-on bag instead of the luggage. We went to WDW for Christmas and our Disney luggage came off the airport carousel stained and beat up. The luggage looks terrible! With a carry-on you can keep it with you so no damage can ruin it.

What time does Marshalls open? Looks like I am going to have to take a run by and see if mine has any. The Mickey set I bought years ago has a slight rip in it..
