Mickey Head Gender design needed

I have been searching online for this but have not been able to find anything. Is someone able to crerate blue mickey ears with the "boy gender sign" and then pink mickey head with the "girl gender sign"? So instead of the circle it would be the mickey head design.

I was more looking for the Mickey Head to replace the circle in the original photo, with the arrow coming off the top of the head for the boy and then the stick figure bottom under the head for the girl.
