Mickey head filled w/ characters

Does anyone know where I can get a Mickey head filled with the other characters faces? The one I saw (bought at the Disney store a few years ago) had the head w/ pics of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and the ears were filled with Donald,, Daisy, Goofy (or some other combination of the "main" characters). I hope this makes sense!
