If you listen to Wayne's first few (Mickey's Christmas Carol), he wasn't fantastic, either.

Give the new guy some time, he needs to have a little more time to perfect it/get used to it.

The last one sounded like Pal Mickey. But if you really listen to every time Mickey talks like on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse(dont judge me my brother loves that show and makes me watch it) and in the park they all are different. You cant expect 1 guy to do every voice over...the wear and tear of doing that voice willl ruin it. And thats why there are multiple mickey voices.
