How exactly are these made?? I have the template that was emailed to me by another bride, but i just assumed you had to cut around the whole thing. I'm sure there's no way my edges would look as round and smooth as what i've seen in here! Is there something else you all are doing to cut out the shape?? And how are you attaching the stick?

i cut mine with a circle cutter- from a scrapbook store-I cut one as a template and used it to cut all the others.

i used spray adhesive to put them together-

Did you have 2 different sizes? one for the head and one for the ears? How did you get the ears to match up on the head?

That sounds interesting, make with the details. I was thinking of ordering these from impressions, but I think I could almost as easily make them. would you send the the template?

I have bought a circle cutter for mine too. I haven't used it yet...It is adjustable for the differant sizes!
