Mickey Family Vacation Head Design

Hey there everyone! I was strolling through these threads and I was wandering if someone could tell me how I might get a design made for my family? I'm not quite shire how this all works since this is new to me but I found a design I liked with the castle in the middle with tinker bell rising up and it said family vacation on it with their names. (Lizabu) designed it. My daughter and I loved it! I would love to have one that has my family members on it. Not sure if this is the place to ask but if so I put the names below in case it is.

LOVE IT...... Thank you SO much for helping me and putting the design in photobucket!! Next I will read the post on how to download thread so I may do it on my silhouette. Before I do on the top of the head do I just rotate Mommy, Daddy and Madison because these names are upside down. SORRY!!! I'm watching so many utube videos on how to use my cameo and its a lot to retain being new to me.

Sorry but because of the way this design is made half of the names will be upside down, the text follows the path of the circle.
