Can you get Mickey Ears outside of Magic Kingdom?

My parents are going to Orlando on a golf trip in February, but they are not going to any of the parks. The most that they will do is Downtown Disney.

Can you get Mickey Ears in the Market Place?

I haven't been to the stores in the market place in 10 years, but from the description of them I would think that you could get them in World of Disney. Someone else may be able to give you a more accurate answer but that is my guess.
