Mickey Ears with Poly montage?

I see so many cute designs here... I was wondering if any one has done/come across/ know of a mickey ear design (for a t shirt) that has a Poly montage that fills up the ears?

I hope I am describing that correctly!

I am so new to these boards that I am not sure I am looking in the right place... or if what I am looking for even exists...

Is there one with just mickey's ears.... without any of the other stuff "outside" of the ear shape?
