Mickey Ears Question

One of our relatives bought all of my children Mickey ears from the Disney Store website. However, they do not have their names embroidered on them. Does anyone know if I take them to a store at Disneyland with proof of purchase if they will embroider their names for me? Thanks!

You don't need proof of purchase to get your ears embroidered.

DS got a pair of ToT ears at DL and took them on our trip last year to WDW and we had them embroidered there.

You just pay for the type of embroidery that you want.

As Canuck16 said you can take them to any of the shops that do embroidery at the parks or DTD.

I don't know last year my brother picked up some graduation ears for my daughter and she was wearing them in the park and we asked them to embroider them and they said unless we had proof of purchase they couldn't do it for us so no name on her ears.

The policy may be different at WDW, but DLR won't embroider ear hats bought outside of the parks. The reasoning is that if CMs damage the hats while embroidering them, there is no guarantee that they'll be able to replace them with identical ear hats. But it's always possible you can get a Lead to pixie dust you and enable the embroidering anyway.

I thought they couldn't embroider them once that had been worn. Although they may have changed that since the last time I tried to have ears embroidered.
