Mickey came to town!

The statues, that is. They had a big to-do down on the Plaza, a shopping area where they will be displayed. So Seth, Sam and I went down for the Disney freebies and free ice cream.

And it rained the whole time!

Seth put Sam in the backpack and they had a big umbrella for the 2 of them. We waited in several lines for stuff, ice cream, Kodak to take our picture, and the Home Depot was having a craft thing, the kids got to make book ends that had a Mickey head on each one. We picked up a kit for Sam.

Radio Disney was there and they had many games for everyone to play.

And of course there are the Mickeys! Peace Love and Mickey is here, as are 14 others. It is so cool!

I am hoping to take our grandson down to see the Mickey's on the Plaza in the next couple of weeks. We are preparing him to see lots of big real Mickey's in a few short weeks at WDW!

He is getting big! Almost ready for all the rides at Disney!
