Mickey at Animal Kingdom

This is going to sound crazy! Please, don't get offended if I created a Thread for this, but I couldn't find it after I did a search and I am thinking there is someone on this board that can help - Thanks!

Okay, We are going to Animal Kingdom for the first time July 15! We are all excited. I have seen the Characters at the Magic Kingdom. They are usually very tradition. However, I have seen pictures of the Characters at Animal Kingdom and their different. Such as this one in question:

My question to you is, can you spot Mickey dressed in this attire only at certain locations around the park? Meaning, will I just find this Mickey [dressed like this] at Camp Mickey?

We saw this Mickey near the Festival of the Lion King.

I've seen that Mickey during the opening, the Jungle Parade, Camp Minnie-Mickey, and once VERY first thing in the morning walking through Harambe (I think they were doing something special with the safari that we just missed that day). I think it comes down to that's theonly Mickey you'll see at AK, but yeah, your best chances are at the Camp.

The most convenient place to meet and greet Mickey in his safari gear is in Camp Minnie-Mickey. There's a sort of "character greeting trail" right next to Festival of the Lion King, with five or six different gazebos, and there's a different character in each one. My suggestion: try going to see these characters during a Festival of the Lion King show, the lines decrease immensely. If you decide to see the show, try to go straight to Mickey afterwards, there still won't be much of a wait.

Several times, we've been able to walk right up to the characters in Camp Minnie-Mickey -- even during our Christmas week trip. My advice: if the lines there are long, return at another time.
