Never heard of this... What is it and where is it located at?

It's a stage show. It's in the theater right outside of Toontown across from Small World. It's a great show! Lots of fun.

It's a very fun show, with some great songs and cool special effects. Also, though it's outside, the space is covered, so it's an excellent way to get off your feet for a little while.
