If the park opens at 9 am, what time does the Mickey and Friends parking structure open?

I believe it is 1 hour prior to park opening.
I'm not definite though.

It is supposed to be one hour before park opening. I have been there when it opened only 30 minutes prior to opening (last Father's Day) and I have been let in an hour and 15 minutes early.
