Mickey’s VMCP - So disappointed

sold out parties, whether xmas or halloween are a no go for me..
i was at a sold out halloween party two years ago and it was a nightmare of crowds...
my policy now is to only buy on the day of the party - if there are tickets available....if yes, we go in (since presumably it's not sold out if there are still tickets at the gate)..

as for the Xmas party itself...we really enjoyed it...
i loved the parade, but we watched the 2nd parade, not the first..
as we tried to see the first parade, a CM told us we'd have a better chance at the 2nd one, and he was right...perfect view....it's a very cute parade (love those toy soldiers!!!!)

as already noted, holiday wishes is beautiful!!

also, we really enjoyed the little things....watching some pirate performers singing christmas carols near the pirates of the caribbean, etc...

and as for the hot chocolate/cookies - the locations are noted on the map.....being the person that i am (major sweet tooth) that was the first thing i looked for on the map....they were all over the place....hot chocolate/cookies and apple slices..

We went to the Christmas Party a good few years ago and we weren't fussed really, we didn't bother with the hot chocolate and cookies and it was busy for us too. I still would like to try the Halloween Party but i wouldn't go back to the Christmas Party x

This was one of our favorite parts as well. We kind of stumbled onto them by accident, but if we go back, we will definitely make time to see them. Their show was so funny and not crowded at all.

and we stood there for the longest time - until they finished!!
so funny...that and the parade were my favorite part of the party!!
