Michael's ad today

I realize that Michael's puts different things on sale for different parts of the country, but here on the west coast at least, Sizzix die sets are 30% this week. There is a 40% off coupon as well if you wanted something different. The Slab III is on sale for $12.99. I might need to take a peek at that!

My Sunday paper didn't have a Michael's ad. I did get 3 Target ads though. Our Michaels no longer lets you have an ad at the store because they dont' want you to have the coupon. AC Moore here does the same thing. Unless you get the coupon from the paper you don't get a coupon. I'll have to ask my parents if they got a Michael's ad in their paper.

We don't get the newspaper, & if you buy it at a store on Sunday, you don't get the extra store ads. When I first started scrapbooking, I would ask at Michael's for an extra coupon. Only once was I successful. AC Moore used to be better about giving the discount without the newspaper, so I'm sorry to read their policy might have changed. So with attitudes like Michael's near me, I am glad I have two very nice LSS where I buy most of my supplies.
