I always think about all those people with fake
nose, lips, cheeks, chins, lifts, implants etc...and they have babies and then
WHAT....whose child is that, they do not look like their parents at all,

I know. He had such a beautiful smile. Which, I guess he still had later on, but with everything else looking so weird on his face, you don't notice the beautiful smile as much.

I can understand the first nose job. I get it - he didn't want the wide nose. But the rest of it?! Not only insecure, but totally nuts! to change his appearance that much.

I watched an interview a few days after he died where his brother said that he would look in the mirror and see something on his face that reminded him of his father and immediately run to the surgeon to have it removed or changed.
He hated his father and didn't want to look in the mirror and see him.
I thought he was a very handsome young man, and when he made the Thriller album he still had the nose he hated. The following surgery, the one where he was lying down on the album cover wearing the white suit was the best he ever looked. (can you tell I don't have any of his albums)
