I don't think it'll matter, they won't see anything through their veils and blankets anywaybut more worryingly what about his own children? what sort of life and upbringing will they have?
I don't believe he is innocent, but I am horrified at the insinuations that vilgilantism is somehow justifiable -- that anarchy was in some way preferable to the rule of law. As imperfect as our judicial system is, I think placing one's own gut-feel over the careful, thoughful, responsible deliberation by a jury is earth-shakingly uncivil, IMHO.nicola said:Finally, Some others who believe he is innocent. Nearly got my head bitten off on another thread for stating I believed him to be innocent!! People seem so angry on that thread, it baffles me. No, actually it scares me, a lot of vigilante type statements.
That's real sad. It's a bit like what some folks (perhaps those who bit your head off) are erroneously claiming Jackson did to the court -- suppressing an opposing voice via intimidation -- but here it is seemingly being done to you, and by extension, this forum. Folks should be called-out for that type of thing -- leaving it unrebutted may give some younger folks reading the impression that that kind of conduct is acceptable.nicola said:Too nervous to reply back again-just not worth it.
