Anyone know if there is going to be a replay on any Toronto stations tonight?

(I bawled my eyes out watching it live, but really want to watch it again, so touching  )

You can watch it online at CNNLive.com. It will be replayed several diffferent times there. I assume that it will also be on CNN TV as well, if you get that channel.

I am sure someone will air it again. I PVR'd it..I thought it was a touching and eloquent tribute.

I left work early today so that I could come home and watch with my kids. I missed the start of it and will try to catch it tonight.

I have not seen all of the memorial, but what I have seen is truly heartbreaking. His poor children. Sniff, sniff, :sad2::sad2::sad2:

I lost it when his little girl talked at the end.

Stephanie

does anyone konw who the two women singing at the end were?

it was the Feed the World song.

One was blond and the other was the aisian women - she looked familiar but not the blond but i would think she would be someone to be there.

The two women were from his back-up singers for the London shows. I read this in a news article about the memorial that they were all on stage for that song. The blond girl is also the one playing the guitar in the rehearsal video for the London shows.

I didn't have a dry eye throughout the whole memorial. :sad1:

oh i had heard some of the stage show dancers were going to be there but i didn't know they were the ones.

it was touching. i thought usher looked a little "acting" until the end when he got all chocked up

it was hard seeing jermin (sp) sing smile. :(

i do think what he did in his house was very very odd but you have to give him credit for being such a wonderful force in the entertainment industry.

I hope they don't replay it over and over again, like they did with Diana's funeral. When you attend a funeral of a loved one, you don't get to replay it. It's time to start moving on after that.

So...why can't they do that with celebrities? Enough of the funeral -- time for the wake. :goodvibes

(not that I mind discussing the memorial :) )

I watched it last night on MTV. I thought it was a very nice tribute. Brooke Shields had me in tears ... everything she said was truly from the heart, and obviously they were good friends. I loved Rev. Al Sharpton's comment to his kids ... "your father was not strange; what he had to endure in his life was strange." Yes, the man's life was odd, but regardless of any of that personal stuff that really doesn't concern me personally, the man was a great entertainer. :goodvibes No one can take that away from him.

Rest in Peace Michael Jackson
