Michael Jackson Memorial- memorial video on page 9

omg i found a video of michael jacksons ghost: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Am67-Sew7k Put It on HD And You Can See Its Him

i saw that and had to re-watch it 15 times. you can clearly see legs in the hall banishing the idea of it being someone in the room.

and my thoughts on the whole "mj coverage being too much".

he was a living icon. you cant deny that.

i dont believe he was a creep. he was strange to the outside because we didnt understand him, and probably never will. i believe he was a good man, a pure child at heart. not a pervert like people thought he was. it saddens me that the minute this guy is gone, the whole world suddenly remembers how much they loved him.

and im with sonya. he was a troubled soul. theres no denying that either.

people knew farrah fawcett was going. she had cancer. it was expected. michael died out of the blue. the video of his rehersal the day before he died shows no indication that this guy was sick inside. it was shocking. no one expected that of all things.

i also heard that farrah did not want a big public thing about her funeral, because lets face it. farrah fawcett was no michael jackson. i have nothing against the woman. she was a phenomanal actress, stunningly beautiful, and she owned that 70's hair style. but she was no michael jackson. i honestly didnt expect anything less than what they did for him today at the memorial. he was over the top, as should be his farewell.

i will miss michael jackson because i believe his vision to change the world to be unlike no other. im with sonya when she said she cant listen to we are the world without wanting to cry.

not trying to rant, just had to get some thoughts out. <3

This.

Is a post of epic WIN. xD

Farrah Fawcett & MJ were stars at different times, for different reasons. She was extremely famous & a sex symbol during her time.
I think music has a bigger effect on people than acting, but she still mattered regardless, whether you heard of her or not. But that's JMO.

I never even knew he was involved with charities!!

Mhmm. Apparently he holds a record in the record books for most charities supported by a pop star.

If it's true that Farrah didn't want as much publicity, then I understand. & Sonya I agree with the global icon statement.
Idk I just always felt bad for her family :(

but as Dolfie Dreams said. (sorry i dont know your name:headache:)
we all knew Farrah was going to die. she was deathly ill. as soon as people were saying she was rushed to the hospital i knew she was going to die. its sad but true.
people were shocked that Michael died. i dont think anyone was expecting it. but i believe that it was the pain killers and the anesthetics he was injecting that killed him. same with how Heath Ledger died. a bad mixture of any medication can be potent.

i agree iwth this post. so much. well said.

ok i can understand if he didn't have a childhood. that's sad.
BUT the only problem is he had his own children and when people have their own children they need to at least try to act like an adult.

I....
I..
I
I'm not much of a crier...i dont cry...that often...

when Paris ...spoke...

I busted out into tears, i was a wreck.

I don't know what its like to loose a father...but I know what its like to be young and lose someone you love....and i could tell the way she felt...

its obvious that shes scared....and angry...but sad all at the same time.

I really feel for her, and pray for their family in this time.

Like Janet said, while we loook upon Michael as a preformer...he was also a baby boy...or brother....or father.

apparently, michaels kids did not go to school, but he home schooled them and taught them everything they know. they are not stupid kids. they just showed a video of him singing to them while they were picking up puzzle pieces off the floor. those children were not unhappy and were not ill-treated. they loved their father as paris said.

Awe that's sucky :/ Did you sign the big poster?
I'm seriously so jealous that's why I'm asking so many questions lol.
Haha, no prob! :)

I didn't get a chance to sign it! :/ We weren't "near" that area where they had the poster to sign on, I don't think.
Not even the meaning behind it or the lyrics, but 3:54 onward gives me chills. It's amazing.
ITA. ::yes::
A lot of MJ's songs now sound a lot deeper to me than they used to.

ITA, same goes for me too. :thumbsup2

This post is wicked awesome. :goodvibes

He was an adult. Adult =/= a cynical person with no sparkle left.

He taught his kids their education, to sing, to dance, to LOVE, to accept, to care. They obviously 100% loved him.

Agreed!

I remember one interview...they had with Michael... a while ago...and he said

something like "I want my kids to live a normal life.."

but the thing i'll never forget is when he said "I don't want my kids to be called Wacko-Jacko....thats not nice"

and...he was SO serious.
It just touched me.

And now they'll never get a normal life. They lost their father at a young age, their mother never wanted them, they have to be with an abusive grandfather and a grandmother who watched said abuse. They will forever be known as Michael Jackson's "widows", and they may be turned in to cash-cows. :sad2: And they are beautiful to boot.

HOLD UP.

1. They're mother didn't want them..but now that hes dead, she wants them back so apparently shes going to fight for them.
2. I like the Mom. I cannot stand his Dad because his DAD is a scumbag (in my opinion). I'm sure he loved him either way...but his Mom seems decent.

Yes, they changed HIS life...but he didn't know any better. When you have talent like that...its almost a shame to keep it a secret.

I have a deep feeling that his Mom would do what he would want for his kids,
and he wanted his kids to be as normal as they could be.

Obviously, if he didn't think his mother would fufill their needs, he probably wouldn't have put it in his will.

Thats just my opinion.

My parents think Joe and Katherine are actually seperated or whatever, just not 'together' anymore, but not fully divorced.

I'm kind of leaning on the side that I want someone from Micheal's family to take them. It'd be great if one of his siblings could, since they're still young. Otherwise, I vote for Katherine. I just think she'd be much better than freaking Debbie Rowe who is OBVIOUSLY in it for the money and fame.

Exactly.

I agree 100%

::yes:: thousand percent agree with everything.

::yes::
I also kinda think Janet, maybe?
I mean Paris was practically attached to her the entire memorial.

I dont get the whole ghost thing...but then again i haven't scene it.

Is it realistic...or is it obviously a fake?
