These songs used to me just fond memories of myself at 1 year old, bopping around in my diapers to my parents' MJ concert tape. Now they have a deeper meaning to me.

Gone Too Soon is just ironic to me. And the fact he married Lisa Marie Presley. That is just, like, fate in advance or a warning or something. It is just so weird to see how it all played out.

I have to admit, I was really getting sick of all this press junk on MJ, and I wanted him to just RIP, and have his family have a private time to grieve. But I caught a little bit of it today while I was at DBF's house, and it made me tear up a bit! His daughter really got me. What a brave little soul she was.

Ahhhh.
After we watched we went to Borders and every piece of MJ music, books, ect was all sold out!!

Farrah Fawcett Died of CANCER.....she only got a couple of days of coverage....
and that's all i have to say.

I felt SO BAD for Farrah Fawcett's family. Like MJ totally stole her thunder & she battled with cancer for so long & only got a few tribute things. Like she was an icon too for way different reasons. Idk, I just felt like she didn't get the recognition she deserved.

Okay, let's be honest here. Farah Fawcett was not as famous as MJ. I didn't know who she was..?
Sorry, but it's the truth.

She's not going to get as much coverage as Michael, even though she died as well.

People are going to know about Michael, and therefore the news is going to talk about him.

Like MJ was involved with a lot of charities&whatever but seriously...he was creepy.
Farrah was such a sweet woman&I can't imagine how much harder it was for her family to grieve when all of this huppabaloo was going on.

what was really sad about her was that her boyfriend was about to propose to her.
they probably feel like the only ones grieving over her.....that has to be a Horrible feeling.

Do you realize that he was a "creep" because HE HAD NO CHILDHOOD! It just annoys me when people say he is a creep - who isn't? Everyone has their issues. He had no childhood, he was constantly being pushed to perform better. And if he didn't, WOAH boy! He would be emotionally and physically bullied by his father. If he didn't perform right, he would get slapped with a belt on his butt while being hung upside down by his father. His father snuck into his room one night wearing a Halloween mask and frightened his kids so bad they were terrified of being kidnapped. Why? Because they left their window open that night.

He was a troubled, troubled soul. If, and if infact he DID something illicit with those children, I cannot blame him for part of it on mental illness. He never got to be a child, and he probably wouldn't have known it was socially un-acceptable to have a child in your home as an adult. And even then, I wouldn't blame him - whatever parent leaves their child with an emotionally and physically abused child turned adult is obviously trying to get whatever they can out of him.

Face it or not, Michael was a GOD to the musical community, not to mention the rest of the world. No one will ever hold a candle to him. Michael Jackson has been imitated, but never duplicated.

And you know, it's sad that Farrah was overshadowed by Michael, but it's in the past. When you compare the two of them, Michael was much more of a star on the global level. Is it sad? Yes. But it is in the past, and we cannot change the past. Unfortunately on this Earth, it doesn't matter who is nicest, it's about who has the most publicity.

All that matters is that these two incredible people have been judged by the only one who can judge them, their Creator. May their souls rest in peace.

i agree. i also hate it when people say he molested those kids. according to the jury he was found innocent. and the law says innocent until PROVEN GUILTY. he was never proven guilty.
i still cant believe god took him from us. we needed him but as Stevie Wonder said today god must have needed him much more.
i honstly think Michael loved children and wanted to make a difference in everyones lives.

now as for Rev. Al Sharpton. oh dont even get me started on that. i felt the only thing he said that was true was to the 3 kids.
