If that was anyone of us dangling our kids like that- you bet your sweet butt that we would have been hauled off the charged with child endangerment. What gives him the right to do that and not get punished. He needs his black - oh excuse me - white butt thrown in jail. I am so fuming about this. Just because you are famous, doesn't give you the right to treat your child like a rag doll. Could you imagine if he had dropped him? Would it be ok to just say "I'm sorry, I just got caught up in the excitement" like he did today? I really feel like throwing out all his music I have - I can't even stand to hear his voice, I mean whisper!!

I have not liked Michael Jackson for many, many years. I didn't like much of his 80's pop music, I didn't like his persona, I didn't like the way that people adored him. He (and the majority of the Jackson clan) gives me the creeps.

Now, back to the baby dangeling incident. I watched the tape. I really think he just got carried away waving to his fans and showing off his son. Was it a lapse of good judgement? You bet it was. Was it dangerous for the child? I don't think so. He seemed to have a pretty good grip on the baby. Would "normal" people be arrested for the same behaviour. No way. This was not child endangerment. He wasn't holding the baby by one foot and dangleing him over the side nor he wasn't pretending to throw the baby off the balcony. He was holding the baby up so his fans could see him ... well that portion not covered with a towel .

Honestly, the rest of you are holding Wacko Jacko to a much higher standard than a normal person even though we all know that he's not normal!
