Neither one of those, Jobs has almost as massive of an ego as Eisner. Although I love his passion and work ethic. But I think in the end he'd drive himself and everyone crazy.
Roy Disney is just a family fixture, I believe he wants to carry on his Uncle Walts dream but I don't think he has the management skills and drive to lead a Fortune 100 company with 60 billion in earnings.
I'm not sure who I'd want, I used to like Jeff Katzenburg but now he's running Dreamworks and having way too much success on his own. I don't want some expert management CEO, I want a person with a vision and who believes in Walt's ideas and principles.
Thanks for the thread. I don't have anything to offer other than that there are rumors that Roger Iger is a candidate. There was a guy at Comcast whom has Disney experience too, but his name escapes me.
