We have two ferrets.
Daisy is named after the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm (I'm a HUGE Snoopy fan!). She is a little princess and she rules the ferret condo!!
Maisy (aka Mimi) named herself. She's named after Maisy (we don't have children, but some of you might recognize the Maisy character from a series of children's books). We were calling out names to see what she would respond to...and as soon as we said Maisy, she rolled over and started doing the ferret happy dance. She's a little tomboy who allows her sister to rule the condo.
Now...if I could only get my husband to say okay to a third ferret... a former co-worker's daughter is giving a little girl ferret up for adoption...her name (the ferret, not the daughter) is "Tinkerbell." What a great name!
